On April 10, 2010, approximately 50 members of the High Country community came together at the Watauga County High School to share ideas, issues, concerns and proposed solutions to this question. Approximately 15 to 18 different conversations ensued.
The "convener" of each conversation was asked to make sure notes were captured from their discussions.
